How to choose a version？


HDMI 2.0 Sync Box:

supports 4K 60Hz and 1080p 120Hz with HDR / Dolby Vision. DRM content can be watched & played, with HDCP 2.2 compliance. A HDMI device is required for the LED syncing. Compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant & Smart Things.


HDMI 2.1 Sync Box:

supports 4K 120Hz, with HDR Dolby Vision. DRM content can be watch & played, with HDCP 2.3 compliance. A HDMI device is required for the LED syncing. ARC is supported, however, eARC is currently not. Support VRR（PS5）,ALLM

Cannot work with smart TV built-in APP, a HDMI input is required

What kind of external device can I use with this product?

1.This system doesn't support built-in TV tuner, built-in smart applications.

2.The kit is designed for person who use TV with an external HDMI-compatible sources(Fire tv stick , Ch-r-o-m-e cast 4-K , SAT/cable receiver, TV box, Xbox, playstation 4/5, A*pple TV etc.)

3.If your TV has multiple HDMI-compatible devices, the HDMI-compatible cable must be reconnected manually.

4.Support ARC(Audio Return Channel) : connection method is: HDMI device(tv box ) → sync box → ARC → TV screen;

Installation:

1. The installation and setup takes only about 8-10 minutes .Don't require professional knowledge or soldering iron, because everything is already wired and provided with plugs.

2. You should make sure that the TV back is about 5-15 cm from the wall, because the wall serves as a reflector and therefore the wall should be white.

For the price, I have no complaints. It works as advertised and the setup was easy to do. The brackets that were included made it a breeze. Software wise there aren’t a lot of options but it’s simple to use. Consider that other options are about 3-5x the price and this is a steal!

I paid extra for version 2.1 because it supports 4k120hz, but it is a scam.
The screen only appears at 4k60hz, but not at 120hz.

Replace all with HDMI 2.1 cables

Everything was fine, only one thing, the next day after installation, the power supply unit burned out and the control unit itself stopped working (checked with an external power supply unit).

They sent me a used product with a broken box. The products inside are dirty. I have sent it all back. No manual is available in the box.
