Works perfectly in my z290-chipset motherboard. Removed the old i5 and dropped this in and immediately up and going 30% faster!

Arrived fast, replaced my old i5-7400 right away with this little beast, and even though it's not the greatest in todays pc world, it's still a massive upgrade for me. I'm getting about 3 times the performance than before in games and general desktop use and for just about 80 bucks, I think that's pretty worth it, tbh, and that's without even the faster ram that I'm also getting in a few days. Anyways, great buy, really happy with my purchase and the customer experience.
