Hi Dear buyers.

1. This product must be connected to the power cord to use, not WIFI style.

2. The remote control will not light up, put 1 pair of batteries into it, you can use it, (batteries are not included in the product, you need to buy them separately)

3. The machine has two modes, the first is the automatic mode, the second is the manual mode (After the machine lights up, it is useless to use the remote control, this is the automatic cleaning mode, if you don't want the automatic mode, you need to turn off the machine and wait for 1-2 minutes to restart the machine, turn on the machine and long-press it for 20 seconds, then it will enter into the manual mode, then you can use the remote control)
