Upon arrival, the packaging box has arrived completely crushed and deformed due to transportation.

The content appears to have not suffered damage but it is clear that it has been treated very poorly during transportation.

The vacuum cleaner has disappointed me. I have bought several of this model and all have USB C. But this one does not. This has the old micro USB connector.

I have the feeling that they sent me an old device and not the current ones.
