Item received even though it went through customs duty and taxes charges so after holding for a while, i had to pay for it.
The item came clean but on the operation, hdmi cannot capture 4k mode, only usb 3.0 but even that, it has so many lags so the video cannot flow well as preferred. I would have to contact the seller for more education on how to operate the item so that i can buy more of this because i need to change all my came and get ptz ones along side its controller.
