Only had this for 2 days. So far it's working great! Yes, the up & down buttons are backward on the remote, but that's no biggie. This really helps me to get my zebra blinds up & down when it's hard to reach the cord. Not noisy at all. Smooth working. Easy to program. Fingers crossed it'll last a long time!

Arrived quite quickly, instructions were a bit confusing but managed to figure out, a bit tricky to set up for desired opening and closing but i took my time, works very well both alexa and remote control, very pleased with it for the money!
