I bought 2, they marked it as delivered but never arrived. I tried to request a refund but they didn't accept it, so I will stop buying from this store until I receive the product. If it arrives, I will leave another comment notifying them that it arrived, but so far I haven't lost my money.

I purchased a gimbler from this seller and did not receive the product, nor did I get my money back. I contacted the customer service several times, but did not receive any adequate response. Bad and very disappointing service experience! I do not recommend buying from this seller in any way - waste of money and time. Be careful!

The product is generally fine, unfortunately my phone 16pro max barely fits in the holder. There's no way to mount it together with the case. The phone feels very unstable when mounted.
